How to Request a Refund

All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid period — you won't be billed again.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
